Who we are: Shivam communications registered in the year 2012 and we provide best comprehensive
range of Housekeeping services to the organized sector. We provide best services at all our clients.
Shivam has endeavored to provide the best Housekeeping solutions, ATM works to its customers
through innovation, commitment to quality, training and strict compliance to international standards.
What we offer: Shivam started operating as an Investigation firm almost 5 years ago, today the firm has
acquired status of “Total housekeeping solutions”, ATM tis works maintains catering to the needs of
over 40 satisfied corporate customers from almost all major industrial segments. Shivam Group through
its specialist divisions offers care taker (CT),) Electronic Security Systems (ESS), Recruitment & Training
(SSCI) and Mechanized Cleaning Services (SMC).
Our presence: In order to maintain highest level of customers’ satisfaction, client interaction, close
supervision and minimum TAT, SHIVAM has setup a network entire north east. Shivam center is at
Guwahati .
Our clientele: Shivam caters to the needs of over 40 corporate customers from different industrial
segments Banks and geographical territories across north east. Our list of satisfied customers includes
organizations like State Bank of India, Andhra bank, united bank of India, FIS, jumlee automobile FMC
automobile, Auro grace, barbeque and many more corporate customers.
Our recruitment, training and certification process: We recruit manpower at 2 recruitment centres,
across the north east. We have stringent recruitment norms based on required physical, verbal, written
and medical criteria. Antecedents’ verification is a part of the recruitment process to meet the
requirements of our customers. Most importantly, all Shivam trained personnel undergo
Certification testing through India Gandhi National Open University and receive accredited
certification on successful completion of their training programme. We invite you to visit any of our
